How it works — step by step
From your first message to finished garments at your door — here is every step in between.
Share Your Brief
Tell us the product type, sizes and total quantity. We’ll come back with a clear plan and quote within 1 business day.
Pattern
We work from an existing stock sample wherever possible — the most economical route. If you need a specific cut or detail, a new pattern is made.
💡 Specific design? We quote the pattern cost upfront — no surprises.
Sample Made
A physical sample is produced. A print can be applied if needed — but it’s not always necessary at this stage. You decide.
You Approve
Review the sample. Happy? We raise a Purchase Order and production is confirmed. Nothing moves without your sign-off.
Labels & Fabric Print
You order your care labels and ship them to us. We print the fabric on our Reggiani printer — in-house, full colour control.
Atelier Production
Printed fabric is shipped to our partner atelier. Expert seamstresses cut, sew and finish every garment to specification.
QC & Delivery
Finished garments return to Family Fabrics. We quality check every piece. Any issue is rectified on the spot — before anything ships to you.
