The minimum order is 1 meter per design

We require per order line a design file of max. 500mb. For example, you can order 60 meter jersey and upload 6 designs files. Per 10 meter please upload your file.

Your design should be either a repeated file or a panel. Please specify when uploading the file what kind of file it is.

We recommend to order a test swatch (30x40 cm) in order to verify colors. Family Fabrics won't be held responsible for variations of colors if you do not order a test meter. When your design is larger than 30x40 cm, we recommend to order 1 meter. Ordering a test swatch is a good opportunity to experience the quality of the Fabric (washing, sustainability of colors and to test any shrink effect). 

Our fabric base has an off white tone. Let the color of the fabric be the background of your inspiration. So please upload a design without any integrated background color.

You can be our designer! Our authentic Family Fabric designs can also be adjusted. For example your favourite background in one of our designs. Just sent us your BFF (Best Family Fabric) color and we do the rest. The designs remain copyright of Family Fabrics.

The proof is in the pudding. Every device got a different screen and shows the colors different. Be careful to compare to your screen and order a test swatch first to discover the colors of your favorite design. Please note that black and very dark colors may look pale when a lot of pigment inks are used.

Recommended is a machine-wash at 30 degrees, medium ironing, no dry-cleaning, natural drying only and don’t use bleach.

We recommend to order a Test swatch (30x40 cm) first to see the result of your design and to test the fabrics for use, washing, etc. Family Fabrics won't be held responsible for variations of colors if you do not order a test swatch first. When the design is larger than 30x40 cm, we advise you to order a meter as a test swatch.

Colors may vary from your screen compared to the final result. This can be due to various reasons from display settings to translating the colors to our gamut color profile which we use.

Make sure your design file can be seamlessly repeated. Family Fabrics is not responsible for design errors.

Save and upload your design file in the dimensions you want it to be printed. The files are printed as they are supplied.

Black and dark colors may look very pale on Natural fibers when a lot of pigment inks are used. This does not apply to the fabrics of Eco fibers.

There may be print voids which we consider acceptable as they are small dots on the fabric. The reason is that on raw fabric can remain small pieces of fabric. As a result it can appear especially when using darker colors.

In principle, the fabrics are delivered doubled. With 50 meters or more per design, delivery on a roll is possible on request (is not available for every destination).

All orders for in stock fabrics will be prepared for shipping within 2-5 business days, this does not include weekends. Test swatches will be prepared within 7 business days.
